Stress Free Remodel so far! We are just over one month into our remodel project and so far so good. Dale and his team are very professional, thoughtful and sensitive to the wants and needs of their clients every step of the way. After our initial meeting we were directed to a “HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR DESIGN PROJECT” download. Very helpful! Dale and his team guided us through the entire design process and informed us that this phase should not be rushed and emphasized the importance of it for a successful project. This has proven to be very true and I am so glad to see the design on paper coming to life! Dale goes above and beyond and deeply cares for you as a person and puts his whole heart and soul into your remodel.
Archisys did a kitchen project of which we are still very proud. Dale and his team came up with a beautiful, functional design that was perfect for our space. They are great with details, follow up and all areas of design. We had a very collaborative relationship with them, and in my mind that is the one thing that made the project so successful. Dale and crew were very respectful of our time and our home. The crew was timely, had a good work ethic, and cleaned up every night. The workmanship was excellent. Overall, our experience with Archisys was very positive and we would definitely use them again for other projects.
Due to the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, our home required extensive repairs. Dale rescued us after a particularly bad experience with another contractor who had started the repair work. Dale immediately began to remedy the problems. Construction costs were within the planned budget, and he did a good job of maintaining the schedule. Seventeen years later our home is as beautiful as when it was rebuilt.

However too often we hear stories about clients not having their needs heard, leading to misunderstandings between the contractors, the client and the design professional on what was the agreed scope and the agreed budget. We have decided to do something about it.
It all comes down to a brief summary of your needs, desires, and options.
If the summary is not clear, misinformation to the design professional will follow on through to the contractor and all his associated tradesmen, compromising your project.
